Get to know Charlie

Hello! My name is Charlie Tripp and I am the founder of Tripp Care Management. I am a licensed clinical social worker (CA License # 129382) with over a decade of experience helping older adults and their families navigate complex care needs with clarity and compassion.

My journey began in New York City, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work from CUNY Hunter College in 2015. I spent years working closely with Holocaust survivors, helping them access critical services and addressing their evolving care needs. That experience, along with my work in home care and care management, shaped my passion and expertise in this.

At Tripp Care Management, I bring more than just professional expertise — I bring the ability to truly connect with seniors, understand their stories, and identify what they need, even when it’s not obvious. I offer personalized support in senior care planning, transitions, ongoing monitoring and reassessment, healthcare advocacy, referrals to trusted resources, and family education.
